The family should be a reality in which love abounds, a free and boundless love that we receive and that we in turn give to others.

Let us focus in particular on the aspect of brotherhood and reciprocity that arise precisely from lived love, and which each of us can experience because our existence is closely linked to that of others.

Living together an ideal of brotherhood in reciprocity can be a living testimony of what love can achieve when lived together; a strong and concrete love that goes as far as giving one's life for the other, colored by a thousand expressions, which wants the good of others, their happiness, and which makes us appreciate the qualities of the other.

Furthermore, this love looks at everyone's needs, and does everything to leave no one behind, it makes us responsible and active in social and cultural life and even in political commitment.

Only by living in this way can a community of shared values be created, because lasting relationships of sharing, of profound communion, of common reception are created which respond to the vital needs of everyone, and especially of young people.

Furthermore, a characteristic that distinguishes a community in which they try to experience mutual love is that it never closes in on itself, and is always ready to face the real challenges that arise within the context in which they find themselves operating: an open community, with a big heart and willing to love everyone with whom it comes into contact.

J.K., Serbian, of Hungarian nationality, father of three children can finally afford to buy a house but due to an accident he does not have the economic and physical resources to renovate it on his own. He shares the ideal of a united and fraternal world with a community in his city, including many young people. These young people understand the difficulties that prevent J.K from renovating the house and decide to help him concretely. They also involve their friends close to others far away from the Czech Republic, who, unable to be present, decide to contribute financially to the project. A true competition of fraternal solidarity that allows J.K to have the roof redone and the house completely renovated after a few days of work.

J.K is moved and talks about this experience, convinced that it is the tangible sign of what brotherly love experienced within a community can achieve. There are no longer any barriers or distances that can hinder mutual help. Immense gratitude for those who helped him and especially for these young people who testified with their lives that it is possible to create a world united in brotherhood.
